In most cases, unfortunately not! Our orders are processed on a rolling basis to deliver to you as quickly as possible, so once placed, the order cannot be changed.
However, sometimes the stars align: you realize your mistake very quickly after placing your order, you wrote to us right away at [email protected] during office hours, our warehouse has accumulated a little delay so has not yet processed your order: in these rare cases, we manage to modify your order. In short, it's a case-by-case basis, but we can't guarantee anything!
