Why eat squares rather than ladyfingers?Updated 5 months ago
Our squares are crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth multi-grain cookies, guaranteed organic, with a delicious fruit flavor and less than 1 gram of sugar per serving (1 serving = 3 squares). They contain a delicious blend of cereals, milk, and fruit, the three key pillars of a balanced diet.
Ladyfingers, on the other hand, are often made up of (among other things) sugars, a single type of cereal, eggs, and vegetable oil. This recipe, while seemingly simple, is less nutritionally complete than our squares. Finally, ladyfingers contain a lot of sugar. On average, for 100g of ladyfingers, you'll find between 25g and 33g, which is 4 times more than our Squares.
Therefore, for all those little hunger pangs, to chew and help your baby's teeth come through, it is better to eat a portion of square rather than ladyfingers.
