Why are cereals and legumes complementary to each other?Updated 5 months ago

The organic grain and legume flours in our squares complement each other because they provide a variety of nutritional elements that make them a complete recipe. Rice and buckwheat flours provide complex carbohydrates (the latter being rich in soluble fiber with anti-diarrheal properties). Quinoa flour contains iron, magnesium, and calcium. Finally, chickpea flour is very rich in insoluble fiber.

In addition to its cereal and fruity taste, this recipe therefore has a nutritional profile adapted to the needs of the baby without the excess sugars.
