For each of our packaging (in gourds and flexible bags) we use a complex of 3 different layers, each with a specific role:
- 2 layers of PET, or polyethylene, which act as a barrier to both oxygen and light. These "barriers" allow us to guarantee the very good preservation of our products.
- 1 layer of PP, or polypropylene, which is in contact with the puree.
All of the complexes we use are free from endocrine disruptors (bisphenol A* - phthalates). *In accordance with current regulations.
The use of these formats (pouch and flexible sachets) allows us to subject the products to much less significant heat treatments than for small standard glass or plastic pots... while preserving the taste and nutritional quality!
