Absolutely. There are complex carbohydrates (or slow sugars) provided by our cereals: rice, chickpea, quinoa, or buckwheat flours, complementary cereals that provide long-lasting energy. Our recipes also contain simple sugars (fast sugars) naturally present in fruits (mango, banana, and coconut), which provide the necessary sweetness and respect the right balance for your child's needs.
However, we do not add any added sugars as a raw material. Therefore, our squares contain less than 1 gram of sugar per serving, which is very low compared to classic ladyfingers.
