Is it really recommended to give cereals with gluten from 6 months?Updated 5 months ago
Pediatricians don't all make the same recommendations, given that each child has a unique allergy. However, everyone agrees that contact with gluten is safe if introduced during solid food diversification, between 4 and 7 months. Therefore, you can give rye, barley, wheat, or oats as early as 4 months. If you or your child has an allergy, talk to your pediatrician.
