For the packaging of our packs, all the complexes we use are free of endocrine disruptors (bisphenol A* - phthalates). Our pouches do indeed contain aluminum, but please note that the aluminum "layer" is not in contact with the fruit / vegetable puree but sandwiched between 2 other layers that do not themselves contain aluminum.
